Official Documentation for Attendees and/or Presenters

The ACP can provide documents that will document your participation in the UIP XVII World Meeting. Please note that the ACP cannot intervene with either the U.S. Embassy abroad or with the U.S. State Department on behalf of any participant.

Visa Denials

Registration Refunds Due to a Visa Denial: Visa processing may require long lead times. Please plan accordingly. We highly recommend you apply for the U.S. visa 3 – 4 month in advance. The average wait time for a visa is now 60 days. If your visa has been denied and you would like to be considered for a registration refund, please make sure you have either an official denial document from the U.S. Consulate or a stamped copy of your application form, showing the date when you applied and the date your visa application has been denied. Refunds will not be given for those applying less than 3 months prior to the meeting.
